We built a studio in a quiet part of the backyard (10 x 12 less one inch)
It is wired for fax, internet and telephone and a ceiling fan (which I still haven't put up).  The deck is redwood. It is very well insulated and to code, although no coding is needed due the size. The last photo is the view from the studio side window - looking toward the pool.
