 We built a studio in a quiet part of the backyard (10 x 12 less one inch)
It is wired for fax, internet and telephone and a ceiling fan (which I still haven't put up).  The deck is redwood. It is very well insulated and to code, although no coding is needed due the size. The last photo is the view from the studio side window - looking toward the pool.

I built a redwood "deck" last summer for a quiet reading corner. The master bedroom has a door         to this area also. This would be a good spot for an above-the-ground Jacuzzi.

This living room is not much used so I set up my easel here.
